Terms and Conditions of Sale

These terms define the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with the online sale of products offered on the site.

Products offered for sale are presented as accurately as possible.

Photographs and visuals have no contractual value. 3D printed objects may show slight layer lines, color differences, or imperfections related to the manufacturing process. Handmade bracelets may show slight variations in size, tension, color, or finish.

Products are handmade decorative objects, bag accessories, or key accessories. They are not toys, must not be given to children, and are not suitable for children under 36 months. They may contain small parts and metal elements, including rings or chains, with a risk of ingestion, choking, or injury if broken or misused. Detailed warnings are available on the product safety.

Prices are displayed in euros including VAT.

Payment is due immediately when placing the order.

Payments are secured through Stripe. No complete banking data is stored directly on the site.

The customer selects the products, checks the cart, enters the delivery address, accepts the terms of sale, the privacy policy, and product safety warnings, then proceeds to online payment.

The order is considered final only after payment confirmation. An email or confirmation screen summarizes the order information.

Creations are offered subject to available stock. Quantities may be limited, especially for handmade creations, small batches, or 3D printed pieces.

The shop may temporarily suspend online sales during physical sales, markets, fairs, inventory checks, maintenance, or exceptional stock unavailability.

Orders are shipped according to the times indicated on the site or during checkout.

Shipping costs are shown before payment confirmation.

Free shipping applies from €50 of purchases according to the conditions stated on the site.

The transfer of risk occurs upon physical receipt of the products by the customer or by a third party designated by them. The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the address provided.

The customer has a legal period of 14 days to exercise the right of withdrawal.

Return and refund terms are detailed in the returns policy available on the site.

Personalized products, made-to-order products, or products made to the customer’s specifications are excluded from the right of withdrawal where permitted by law. Unless there was an error by the shop or the product is defective, return costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Products sold benefit from the applicable legal guarantees, including:

• legal guarantee of conformity;
• guarantee against hidden defects.

The shop cannot be held liable for damage resulting from misuse of the products sold.

The shop’s liability cannot be engaged in cases of force majeure or disruption beyond its control.

The seller’s liability is limited to direct, foreseeable damage related to the performance of the order. It does not cover damage resulting from use as a toy, putting the product in the mouth, strong pulling on articulated parts, rings, or chains, exposure to excessive heat, product modification, or failure to follow safety instructions.

Only customers who have actually made a purchase may post a review on a product.

Each review may be checked before publication. Genuine negative reviews that are understandable and related to the product or shopping experience are not removed simply because they are negative. However, reviews containing spam, insults, off-topic, illegal, promotional, malicious content, or sensitive personal data may be refused, hidden, or removed.

In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first.

The consumer customer may use, free of charge, the consumer mediator designated by the seller after a prior written complaint has remained unsuccessful. The mediator’s contact details must be completed before publication: [CONSUMER MEDIATOR TO BE COMPLETED].

These terms are governed by French law. Failing amicable agreement or mediation, the competent French courts may be seized.
